By accessing or using the QUICK&EAZY website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
3. Meal Kit Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen frequency. You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard before your next billing date. Cancellations after billing will take effect the following cycle.
4. Perishable Products & Food Safety
Our meal kits are perishable. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by failure to refrigerate promptly upon delivery. Ingredients should be consumed within the use-by dates on packaging.
5. Refunds & Replacements
We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@quickandeazy.com. We will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, photography, copy, and recipes — is owned by QUICK&EAZY and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
QUICK&EAZY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
